A backer can Accept/Reject or Review/Comment on the deliverables of each phase and on the final product.
Preconditions:
1.Backer funded a project.
2.At least a phase of that project is completed.
Flow:
1.System sends a notification to the backer about the end of a phase.
2.Backer opens that project.
3.Click to view the deliverable/ product
4.Click on Write a review
5.Select Accept or Reject.
6.Write review for the product
